Our philosophy has brought us to maintain intact the principal characteristics and contemporarily to make the unique dish, for this it is necessary to seek more and more products of quality with always greater determination.

In summer over that the cave also the porch becomes an extraordinary restaurant pizzeria able to wind completely, the guest with its sparkling landscape. The firewood oven allows to also taste the trout in the pizza where, together with the most traditional typologies, the Specialty, the Rosè and the Vivaldi, they offer to the client a' new adventure of the taste.
